Information
We would welcome volunteers from attending clubs to help fill some volunteer roles and assist in running the meet. Please contact [email protected] if you are in a position to assist.
Chalfont Otters Swimming Club are delighted to offer the return of our popular Valentine's Meet for 2026, with 50s, 100s and 200s in all four strokes, 200 IM, 400 Free and 400 IM. "No Time" (NT) entries are accepted for this meet. The meet offers Colorado Timing, APG TS16 start blocks and APG backstroke wedges. A cool-down pool will be available throughout the meet.
For 2026, the meet will relocate to The Centre (Slough), an eight-lane 25m competition pool with
Colorado Timing, APG TS16 start blocks and APG backstroke wedges with seating for 160 spectators.

All events are open to all age groups: 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16+.
Sign-in will open 30 minutes before each warm-up and close at the start of each warm-up.

All enties must be by Hytek file, one consolidated file per club. Clubs will need the by Hytek or SD3 file. If only one swimmer is attending you should still submit the entry via a hytek file but only one file will be accepted per club. If you do not use a team management package please use
TM Lite from Hytek
to create the file. You must have authority to pass the entry data to us.
