Join Chalfont OttersChalfont Otters Swimming Club are always on the lookout for swimmers who are interested in joining their local Swimming Club. We hold a Swimming Assessment that is held at the Chalfont Leisure Centre on the first Sunday of every month at 16:00.
As guidance, applicants should have reached levels 8-10 of the ASA National Swim Awards or are able to swim 3 strokes correctly, age guidance 6+. At the assessment, swimmers will be expected to swim a minimum of one length Freestyle, Backstroke and Breaststroke, they will also be asked to swim 1 length Butterfly.
If you are a keen swimmer and wish to start swimming competitively, Chalfont Otters is the club for you. A friendly club, based at Chalfont Leisure Centre, which aims to develop childrens swimming skills and introduce children to competitive swimming. As their skills develop they are encouraged to compete in a variety of competitions, sometimes within the club and sometimes as members of teams competing against other clubs.
